  • By using the Service, you grant ListenIq a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, process, analyze, and display your content and social media data solely to provide the Service.
  • You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect social media accounts and manage content on behalf of brands or clients.

7. Analytics, Insights, and AI Features

  • Analytics, insights, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
  • While we strive for accuracy, ListenIq does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of insights or recommendations.
  • Business decisions made based on analytics or AI outputs are at your own risk.
